Welcome to Empower Performance Strength and Conditioning. If you’re visiting our site for the first time, chances are you’re serious about leading a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. Well, you’ve come to the right place. We’ve designed our training system to get you to make fitness a part of your life – not just an occasional pit stop. We do this with our S.E.M. programming system – Our Strength-Endurance-Mobility training program.

PROGRAMS
Elements of power lifting, sprinting, jumping, rowing, biking, and Olympic weightlifting are combined into one program to help you achieve your fitness goals. This program develops your strength, endurance, mobility, power, speed, agility, flexibility, coordination,
and balance.
(Includes S.E.M. and Open Gym)
Our one on one personal coaching is the most extensive and personalized training we offer here at Empower Performance S&C. You'll be working with one of our qualified coaches with a program specifically designed for you and your needs.
At Empower Performance we program each athlete individually because everyone has different strength and weaknesses. This program focuses on form running, power, speed, balance, core strength, flexibility, footwork, and endurance.

TIPS
Nutrition is so overwhelming at times and most of us have no clue where to start. This is where empower performance can help you starting today. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure your goals are met. Our programs offer everything from recipes to meal prepping help and even weekly check-in's to make sure you are on the right path for success.
